PLATFORM SPONSOR $15,000

The ACPA virtual event platform is now the true “hub” of the ACPA Annual Meeting, the place where attendees go to interact with every part of the event. Sponsorship of the platform positions your company as committed to technology, innovation, and collaboration. As a Platform Sponsor, your company’s logo will appear on the platform landing page, providing branding visibility as soon as participants sign in. The Platform Sponsorship also includes a 2-minute welcome video displayed on the virtual platform landing page for all Annual Meeting attendees.

VIRTUAL POSTER HALL SPONSOR $2,500

The e-Poster Gallery features more than 100 academic posters and will be accessible at all times during the meeting, including an exclusive highlight on Wednesday, April 28. This sponsorship displays your support for the advancement of cleft and craniofacial care around the world. Your company will be listed as the sponsor of the e-Poster Gallery throughout the virtual platform, with your branding featured prominently in the gallery.

LUNCH AND LEARN SESSION SPONSOR $3,500

The Lunch and Learn Sponsorship includes a one-hour session that provides the opportunity for your company to drive discussion around topics important to the cleft and craniofacial community. Demonstrate your thought leadership as a Lunch and Learn Host, where you will collaborate with the ACPA team to identify the topic, recruit the speakers (if necessary) and host the session to derive maximum participation and awareness. The session will be broadcast live over lunch during the meeting and will be viewable by attendees for up to 60 days after the event. The sponsor will receive a recording of the session as an enduring digital asset.

The Social Event Sponsorship puts your company’s branding front and center for impromptu conversations – allowing participants to interact with each other outside of formal education sessions. VIRTUAL EXHIBIT BOOTH OPPORTUNITIES

ACPA virtual exhibit booths are the perfect digital storefront and engagement page for your organization during and after the ACPA Annual Meeting.

New in 2021 – when you purchase an exhibit booth, you will be able to set up an interactive virtual booth that will go live on our platform. The booth can be accessed during the conference and up to 60 days following. An enhanced benefit of the digital booth is the information you will receive – track booth visits, content engagement, and downloads. All exhibitors will also have the ability to meet with attendees via live video chat.
