Duties & Responsibilities

● Schedule officer photos (group & individual)● Capture photographs of members & officers at:

○ Professional meetings/workshops○ Volunteer events○ Social events

● Apply MISSO watermarks to all photos & upload to the MISSO Facebook page in a timely manner

● Create website banners for every event, update when necessary

● Schedule LinkedIn headshots with members

Requirements

FUNdraising OfficerSyed Hussain


Responsibilities

● Organize & execute at least 3 Bake Sales + 1 potential Fundraising Event

● Keep track of committee member points, duties, and attendance

● Set food type, quantity, price, and markdown for profit

● Look for sponsorships, maintain rapport with donors and Bauer

● Invoice all companies through QuickBooks to ensure funding for all events hosted by MISSO

● Collaborate with Corporate Relations officer to ensure all company point of contacts are updated

● Communicate any issues with the President, Vice President● Communicate effectively & be a team player!

Continued:

● As soon as Corporate Relations officer confirms the events that the companies will attend and membership status, send out the invoices. Procrastination means a delayed waiting period for payments to MISSO.

● Please keep a detailed document showing all companies participating in events for the semester and be sure to make sure you know at all times which companies have paid MISSO and have to pay.

Corporate Officer Interview

Purpose: A short interview with President, VP, and Current Corporate to evaluate the candidates deliverable as well as provide the candidate with a better understanding with what the role entails and what to expect throughout the semester. The candidate will be asked a series of questions and then have the opportunity to ask questions at the end. After deliberation, majority vote, will determine which candidates continue on to present at election night.

When: Interviews will be conducted first Week in May
