Everyone is excited that we have a new amenity for KPOP tenants and their employees. If you havent filled out your paperwork and received you FOB, stop by the leasing office and see Julie. The Fitness Center has a variety of workout equipment, changing rooms and bins for your accessories.

The Fitness Center is located in the 1329 Building, Suite 4218C and open M-F 6am 9pm.

Celebrating 1 year with Kemper Pond, Bob Rosselot enjoys his beautiful view of KPOPs tropical atrium from his training classroom

in Suite 4100 D.

Bob brings real life problem solving into the training environment. He has helped companies in a variety of industries to increase revenue and client development through a systematic, proactive sales approach based on incremental behavioral change. Bobs dynamic and direct style have made him a sought after speaker and author. Bob speaks internationally, leads seminars, workshops, and intensive training programs, and provides motivational keynote addresses. He is a popular presenter for local chambers, JSFG, and area networking groups as well as national and international associations and trade organizations.

Constantly tested in the marketplace, Bob Rosselot continually proves that he is a product of the product. Bob is an active salesperson, making cold calls, doing walk-ins, and meeting with prospects and customers. He lives in the sales world and works in the sales world. He knows what its like out there every day and he brings that experience to the classroom.

Things we didnt know about Bob, he volunteers as;

Angel Flight Pilot Angel Flight Community Representative Homeland Security Emergency Air Transportation

System (HSEATS) Pilot. Active member in several local Chambers of

Commerce and business associations

Bob is a Commercial Pilot, with Multi-Engine, and instrument ratings and has accumulated nearly 1000 hours of flight time. He is a PADI Master Scuba Diver Trainer, a PSIA Level II Ski Instructor, a Certified Ski Patroller with the National Ski Patrol, and also holds a brown belt in Tae Kwon Do!
