Red Nose Day

Have you entered the funniest selfie competition yet? Look out for an online

gallery of the picture in the whole school community on the school website.

Don’t forget that we are holding a Red Nose day coffee morning at 10am on

March 13. Please send your donations of suitably decorated cakes in that

morning. A prize for the best decorated cake!

Robins Cake and Coffee

Due to the red nose day coffee morning on March 13 we have decided to postpone the Robins cake and

coffee originally planned for Thursday 12 March. We will let you know the new date as soon as

possible.

PTA Mothers Day Raffle

Tickets for the PTA Mothers Day raffle are now on sale in school priced at 50p each and £1 for 3. No

actual tickets are being issued for this one as you are buying a place on a 100 square for each class.

Prizes are as follows:

• Hummingbirds - a bottle of Prosecco and chocolates

• Goldfinches - a bouquet of flowers and a small goody bag

• Sparrows - Stella & Dot jewellery and a small goody bag

• Wrens - a Body Shop gift set and chocolates

• Robins - a bottle of wine and chocolates

Prize winners will be drawn at the Red Nose Day coffee morning.

Parents Evening

Parents evenings will take place on Monday 23 and Wednesday 25 March this term. A letter will be

sent out next week explaining the focus and the booking process.

Craft Club Request

If you have any old balls of wool that you are able to donate for use in the Easter craft club, please

send into school. Thank you.

• Thursday 12 March – Football match v Boughton Heath

• Thursday 12 March – Full Governing Body meeting

• Friday 13 March – Red Nose Day Cake Sale and Funniest Selfie competition

• Sunday 15 March – Choir singing at the all age service at St Oswald’s church

• Tuesday 17 March – Tattenhall residential information meeting for Y2 parents
