Queensland Rail subsequently provided an additional copy of DAU2 with certain Information redacted, including Queensland Rail's tonnage forecasts, which are used to calculate the proposed Reference Tariff for coal traffic using the West Moreton and Metropolitan Networks. Queensland Rail has since undertaken consultation with the relevant mine operators and is able to provide the attached version of the DAU2 Explanatory Document with Queensland Rail's tonnage forecasts included.
