We restore cooling tower fan blades and hubs. With a special ceramic coating which has a ceramic contend of more than 80% we protect worn out fan blades to last.

We Maintain Condenser and Heat Exchanger

The anti vibration laths comes as as flat (approximately 2 – 4 mm thick) evacuated hose.

Once the vacuum inside the hose is broken, the lath inflates automatically.

The installation of the pre-fabricated lath is not a particular complicated operation and can be executed during a short shut down.

Condenser tube vibration, particular after re-tubing is not uncommon. We have the perfect solution: Anti vibration by installing laths.

For the removal of soft deposits in condenser tubes, cleaning projectiles are propelled by a mixture of air and water through the tubes.



Condenser tube brush cleaning with air powered cleaning machines can removes a wide range of contamination – including scaling.



As result we achieve perfectly clean tubes.



With our technology we can even clean on-site sensitive equipment such as generator cooler.


Our tube cleaning technology is fast, reliable and environmentally friendly. It can not damage tubes and has a proven track record.


If tubes leakages are suspected, with our vacuum leak tester we can pinpoint the damaged tube within minutes.



With our high resolution video scope we inspect tubes at a maximum length of 15 meter and minimum diameter of 14 mm.



In order to determine possible tube wall losses, eddy current is the essential tool. With our technology we can perform eddy current testing on non magnetic and magnetic tubes – eliminating the need for IRIS.

As part of the eddy current documentation, tube sheet maps and plugging plans are provided. Important for the maintenance team: Not only the X and Y direction is shown, but also the Z direction.
