at Dharwad from 2nd to 5th February 2017 and won Bronze Medal.

VTU Inter Collegiate FOOT BALL Tournament for Men Belagavi Zone was Inaugurated at S.G. Balekundri Institute of Technology, Belagavi 21st March 2017 at 9.30 a.m. Commodore H.N. Shirgavi, I N (Veteran) Administrator, OT & Security, KLES Dr. Prabhakar Kore Hospital & Research Centre, Belagavi was the Chief Guest. Commodore H.N. Shirgavi addressed the participants from various Institutes affiliated to VTU to participate sportively in two days Foot Ball Tournament without accounting for the success or failure in the game. Games provide you spirit, harmonious environment in the life. He also mentioned that, the players have to accept the decisions of the umpire. Prof M.V. Ramanmurthy welcomed the gathering and introduced the Chief Guest. Dr. S.S. Salimath, Principal presided over the function. Prof V.S. Arlimatti Physical Education Director, Dr. U.C. Kapale, Dean Academics & HOD ME and Physical Education Directors from various Engineering Colleges and around 230 participants were present on the occasion.
