Join us at the 2019 ASICS Sports Medicine Australia (SMA) Conference, one of the largest multidisciplinary sports medicine events in the Southern Hemisphere.

Securing a Trade Display • Book early to avoid disappointment as booth numbers are limited

• Complete the enclosed booking form indicating a booth preference and return it with a $1,000 deposit (per booth). Final payment is due by Monday 5 August 2019

• The Conference Manager will:

» Advise you via email of your stand allocation in the Exhibition area

» Provide you with the relevant information regarding freight, delivery dates and other requirements closer to the conference

• Once your account has been settled, you will be confirmed as part of the 2019 ASICS SMA Conference Trade Exhibition

Terms & Conditions1. The Conference Manager reserves the right to reject an application at any time

2. Applications will be processed in strict order of receipt

3. All prices are in Australian Dollars and are inclusive of GST

4. By returning a completed and signed form you (on behalf of your organisation) accept all Terms and Conditions outlined.

5. Details may change without notice. Please refer to the event website for the latest information.

Cancellation Policy

Exhibitors are required to pay a $1,000 deposit per booth when booking to secure a booth(s). This deposit is non-refundable if no further payment is made and an exhibitor cancels.

A 50% refund of full payment including the deposit will be provided if a company cancels before the 1st of July 2019. No refund will be provided if a company cancels after close of business on the 1st of July 2019.

Security

The Conference organisers will not be responsible for any theft or damage of stands. However, every effort will be made to ensure the security of the Trade Exhibition.

Freight

It is the individual companies’ responsibility for freighting all equipment to the venue, and to properly mark all boxes. Information about delivery times will be made available in due course.

Conflict of Interest

Please note due to sponsorship in place with ASICS we will not be able to accept any other shoe exhibitors. Due to sponsorship in place with BDF, other taping exhibitors will be able display their products, but will not be able to distribute samples.

Previous Exhibitor Discount
