Sage Pastel is currently represented in over 52 countries worldwide through a network of more than 150 business partners and authorized resellers.

Our international channel programme is designed to accommodate various levels of partnership, from our entry-level Authorised Reseller opportunity, through Silver, Gold and Platinum Business Partnerships. Sage Pastel International Business Partners have the opportunity to build and develop their own reseller channels within the country in which they are based, and to provide essential services such as support, consulting and training to their reseller channels. The Sage Pastel International channel programme incorporates channel fees, accreditation requirements and associated benefits. South Africa also has a strong reseller programme. Business Partners represent Sage Evolution specifically in SA as they would internationally.

Sage Evolution Business Partner Conference Background

The annual International Business Partner Conference first started more than 10 years ago. With the growth of Business Partners in countries around the globe Sage Pastel decided to host a conference to form unity and understanding within the Sage Pastel brand and product market.

The conference brings business partners from all corners of the world together. The main purpose is to create a full understanding of the product by having sessions to update the channel on the developments of products (specifically Evolution), training, consulting, support and also to honour performing business partners at the awards evening.

Terms and Conditions

• Price of the sponsorship does not include accommodation or flights

• Cost per attendee is R1,800.00 per room single room per person per night and R2,150.00 per double room per night over and above sponsorship cost

• The cost only applies for 4 delegates per sponsor

• If more delegates will be attending the full conference the cost per delegate will be R10,000.00

• If more than 4 delegates will be attending the awards evening, a cost of R2,000.00 per delegate will apply

• Each sponsorship package includes a stand display of 2 x 3m

• The gold and platinum sponsorship packages include a stand contribution of R10,000.00 • The gold stand will be a maximum of 3 x 3m display of choice • The platinum stand will be a maximum of 3 x 6m display of choice

Sage Evolution Conference Exhibition 2014Exhibiting at this year’s conference is a great opportunity to showcase your software products to over 200 Sage Evolution business partners from all over the world.

The cost to exhibit is R12,000.00 (ex VAT) and includes the following:

• 3 x 2m basic shell scheme stand

• 3 bar stool chairs

• 1 cocktail table

• Lockable cupboard

• Electricity

• Tea breaks and lunches

• A 2-page spread in the official Conference Exhibitors Guide

• An opportunity to insert marketing material into the delegate packs

You will be responsible for the dressing of your stand. An exhibitors briefing document will be provided to all exhibitors attending the event. If you would like to brand the panels of your shell scheme stand, the cost will be R 950.00 (ex VAT) per 1m panel. We are also able to assist you with the design of your stand at R 350.00 (ex VAT) per hour.

Accommodation options

We have packaged a special rate for you, should you wish to stay at the African Pride Crystal Towers Hotel while exhibiting at the conference.

Single room: R1,800.00 per person, per night

Double room: R1,075.00 per person, per night

This rate includes:

• Breakfast, lunch and dinner

• Beverages during meal times

• A seat at the Awards Evening Dinner on the night of 21 October 2014
