On Saturday night, we booked the hot place for fun in Vail: bōl. Located in Vail Village, bōl brings a new twist to the night life, with lanes of boutique bowling. You can create your own party, or let us build one for you.

Every year we team up with the Rocky Mountain Cable Association to bring hot topics to the group. We bring in industry and non-industry top level executives and delve into a topic that is affecting the entire industry. Marketing, operations, technical… we cover all aspects. On The Town Expenses + $500 event fee

Friday night we return to the Vail Ale House for an after-dinner networking get-together. Book a band or DJ and dance the night away. Great food and game tables complete the party. Adaptive Spirit works with you to create this event.

Mountain Coaster $3,000Speed is your friend as you fly through the forest on a raised alpine coaster! The Adaptive Spirit Mountain Coaster winds its way 3,400 feet down the mountain, following the natural contours of the landscape through the forest.

Have your teens outgrown the Film Fest? They need space for their own kind of fun! On Friday, Adaptive Spirit works with your company to create an evening event for kids age 13-17. Teen-style food and fun on and off the mountain.

Maximum visibility available when your company sponsors the shuttle vans between the Hotel Talisa and various points in Vail. Your company’s sponsorship will promote your brand with great exposure on these shuttles. Shuttles run Thursday evening through the Saturday night party. Sponsor provides print-ready files. B2B Après Ski $2,500Sold—CSG International

B2B is an attractive revenue source, and companies are building higher-speed networks and offering solutions for this niche. This activity allows B2B operators and vendors to network effectively. If you’re involved in the B2B arenas, MDU or hotel/motel, this activity provides a great promotional venue for you.

Bottom of the Racecourse $2,500Sold—Netcracker

On Race Day, you can have a tent at the bottom of the racecourse. Your company name will be on the tent, and you can add other options such as food or beverages at an additional cost. Adaptive Spirit supplies the tent and you supply the décor.

Brand this race with your company, decorate the start gates or have one of your company’s personalities greet kids at the top of the hill. This sponsorship also receives its company name on the kids’ bibs and awards.

Hotel Room Key Envelopes $1,500Your company’s name will be in everyone’s hands along with their room keys. This sponsorship covers envelopes at the Hotel Talisa and Marriott with your company’s promotional information. Sponsor provides print-ready files.

Where can you find most attendees when the group events are done? We suggest you check the lobby bar at the Hotel Talisa. Decorate the bar, servers and tables, and create a signature beverage.

Your company’s name will be honored when the awards for the fastest snowboarders are announced. Your company name will also be engraved on the winners’ trophies.

Box O’ Money $1,000Sold—Launch Pad Media Advisors

During the event, we raffle a box of money to benefit the Athlete Partner Program. Tickets are sold all weekend. This sponsorship includes your company’s name on the tickets, sign, event guide mention and visibility at the banquet when the winner is selected. Create and decorate the box or we do it for you.

Industry Member Gifts $1,000 eachEvery industry member attending the event gets a gift bag.
