WHO LEADS THE TRACKS? Track leader is someone who has experience of the discussion topic he or she wants to lead and is usually a thought leader in the industry. The role of the track leader is to start the conversation and let the conversation evolve to whichever direction it goes.

An unconference is a gathering of minds, experiences and opinions where the attendees are active participants and lead the

conversation.
