CONNECT SOUTH AFRICA 2014?
Cisco Connect is where leaders meet visionaries. Cisco Expo has developed, improved and grown in size and stature, taking on the new moniker of Cisco Connect. This flagship event will once again be hosted at Sun City from Sunday, 2 November to Tuesday, 4 November 2014.
Cisco Connect South Africa is a significant event for business and technical decision-makers in South Africa and Africa, a premier forum where the latest industry trends, technologies, products and solutions are showcased.
It is the IT industry’s premier business and technical event for IT and communication professionals, continuing and building on the record successes around the world.

Therapist doing head and neck massages at the registration area on Sunday 2 November 2014. Co-branding will be placed around the area.

Photobooth A photobooth will be set up at the Opening Party, Sunday 2 November. The booth will be co-branded and will allow guests to take a series of photos that will be placed on to a branded background, including details and date of the event. The images will then be uploaded to social media subject to client permissions provided. The guest will also be given a printed copy of the images.

Ice Cream Stations An ice cream station will be set up in the Superbowl during ONE of the refreshment breaks at Cisco Connect. This will be a co-branded stand, including logos on the ice cream counter and staff t-shirts. The ice cream stand will be promoted in the Cisco Connect event guide.

Cellphone charge stations
The charging stations will be placed throughout the conference areas in the Galleria Area allowing delegates to charge the devices during the course of the day. Your company logo will be co-branded with Cisco.

RFID Pods All delegates who allow Facebook permissions will be able to tag their RFID cards at the sponsor’s stand. Participating sponsors will receive an address book populated with all interested delegates’ information. This address book can be accessed at any time to view the contacts, as well as being exportable to Excel.
Furthermore, all participating delegates will have access to a Briefcase where they can access sponsor brochures and content. The stations will also be used for a competition elements at the closing keynote.

5 students in the Galleria Area will roam and hand out wrapped newspapers. The newspaper wrap will be co-branded with the Cisco logo.

Bus Branding Onsite Cisco Connect bus transfers will be branded for the duration of the conference. These buses will be for the exclusive use of Cisco Connect delegates and do not include the Sun City buses. Your company logo will be co-branded with Cisco.
