About SharingValueAsia: take a leadership roleSharingValueAsia is a unique corporate-led forum developed by PublicAffairsAsia to foster and promote greater understanding and partnership between corporations, not-for-profits and governmental agencies in Asia Pacific. It reflects the significant increase in the importance of building triple bottom line shared value and effective stakeholder engagement among MNCs operating in Asia Pacific.

Piloted in 2012 and developed significantly in 2013, SharingValueAsia will be developed in three distinct ways throughout 2014:

• A significant build out on the SharingValueAsia forum with the conference becoming the SharingValueAsia Summit – a must attend event building effective dialogue between the region’s critical stakeholders. The event, targeting 200 senior-level representatives, will take place on October 9, 2014 at the exclusive Fullerton Hotel in Singapore.• The launch of SharingValue.Asia – a new portal with key hubs promoting case studies and cutting edge thinking on shared value. The portal’s reach will extend to media, consumers, MNCs, NGOs, stakeholders and government.• The launch of an annual case study guide, published in collaboration with HP.

Summit and Hub sponsorship SharingValueAsia portal is set to launch in June, building up to the SharingValueAsia summit in October. We are en-couraging sponsors to develop their engagement via both the summit and the portal in a combined annual package. The portal will be built around seven core hubs, which will feature as lead industry of the month, with a special focus on the homepage and wide-ranging content, debate and events.

Engagement across both the summit and the SharingValue.Asia website gives sponsoring corporations high impact thought leadership within the industry combined with the opportunity to communicate and promote their achievements to external stakeholders through the website and related content streams.

Exclusive portal hub sponsorship, just US$15,000 in year one, offers:• Exclusive branding on all sectoral or hub related pages;• A sponsor “microsite” within the main portal;• Lead sponsorship of the homepage for one month: leading all content on relevant thematic content.• Opportunity to author a series of sponsor message articles;• Video interview with senior company representative for the leadership series;• Banner advertising promoting company on all related pages;• Opportunity to post sustainability reports or other relevant materials, press releases or reports;• Opportunity to co-host regional SharingValueAsia symposiums with key stakeholders, organised by PublicAffairsAsia at 33% discount to normal roundtable fees (rates from US$7,500).• Opportunity to post recruitment adverts in The Job Hub, and to list any relevant events sponsor is engaged in.

The SharingValueAsia summit sponsorship offers*:• Session speaking opportunity during the main plenary conference;• A branded breakout on a theme jointly agreed between PAA and sponsor; • One corporate delegate table of seven or eight participants/guests;• Full event branding online, offline, print and at the event;• One page of advertising in the official conference pack;• Editorial in SharingValue.Asia;• One seat at VIP pre-event dinner.
