RARE SCOTCH WHISKY
ABout the RARe WhiSkyThe ultimate expression of handcrafted excellence! Composed of specially selected individual casks of single malt Scotch whisky (approximately 80%) and carefully matured Scottish grain whisky (approximately 20%) for binding purposes, the youngest whiskies contained within are a minimum 40 years old.
Varying amounts of whisky from former American Bourbon barrels, European hogsheads and former Sherry butts (70% originating from the Speyside region, 25% from the Highlands and 5% from the Lowlands) were married together at 25 years old. After an additional 15 years of aging, this whisky was finished in sherry casks, originating from Pedro Ximenez in the Jerez region, for an additional six months before bottling.
The outcome is an exclusive, very limited edition, of only 1,980 bottles. This judiciously blended, rare Scotch whisky was created and bottled under the direct supervision of Master Blender, David Hallgarten for your discerning enjoyment!

Premium whiskies bearing The Classic Cask label are amongst the most rare and unique spirits ever to be offered to the discerning enthusiast. Their unparalleled quality, richness, intensity of flavor, and remarkable smoothness are testament to the slow and painstaking processes, which were employed in their production. The Classic Cask Small-Batch production is just that: never more than 800 bottles to a batch. Each bottle is numbered, its label indicating the total production output, as well as distillation and bottling dates.

Created by Miami native and Scotch Enthusiast Carin Luna-Ostaseski, SIA is a blend that appeals to the contemporary palate. “With SIA, I’m looking to challenge the Scotch Stereotype.” says Luna-Ostaseski. “SIA is approachable, refined and refreshingly modern. This is the brand for consumers who don’t even know they like Scotch yet.”
When conceptualizing the blend, Luna-Ostaseski conducted blind tastings of hundreds of different single malts, researched distillery methods and shared early blends with Scotch virgins and
enthusiasts alike. “What I found is so many consumers think of Scotch as heavy, smoky… something their father or grandfather would drink.” She added. “SIA’s versatility- whether it is enjoyed neat, on the rocks or mixed in cocktails – has tremendous appeal.”
SIA (pronounced “SEE-a”) is a new, fresh and exciting Scotch Whisky created specifically to appeal to a modern palate. SIA Scotch Whisky is distilled in Scotland and matured, blended and bottled by third-generation crafters Hunter Laing & Co., Ltd. from a perfectly balanced blend of Speyside, Highland and Islay whiskies. The name SIA means “six” in Scottish Gaelic, which happens to be the founder’s favorite number.

Millstone Rye 100, 100% Pure Potstill Rye Whisky is hand crafted in the traditional distillery that is owned and operated by the Zuidam Family. More than 50 years of experience in distilling of exclusive spirits and a constant search for perfection has lead to the birth of this exquisite rye whisky.
Windmills mill the malted rye that is used to produce this Rye Whisky. In using windmills for milling their grain the distillery helps preserve the important Dutch heritage of the world famous Dutch windmills.
The fermentation is done at a very low temperature to give this whisky its fruity flavors. We distill the wash twice in a small copper Potstill. This small still gives a very delicate and fruity new spirit.
After the careful distillation the whisky is aged in small barrels. We use new charred barrels of American white oak for a rich smooth taste to compliment the spiciness of the rye whisky.

South Bay Rum is produced in small batches, using matured rum from a wide range of hand selected barrels. Each barrel imparts its own characteristic to the finished product as they have formerly held bourbon, sherry, port, wine and single malt Scotch whisky.
Using the Solera method, the contents of the barrels are married for a significant period of time to obtain the rich flavors and remarkably smooth finish of South Bay Rum.

History, territory, tradition, technological innovation and internationalization. These are the Paolucci Liquori’s key words. This factory, whose origins date back to early Nineteenth century, still represents a source of pride for the entire province. It has been awarded many prestigious acknowledgements, from the Gold Medal at the Global Exposition of Rome in 1922 to “Brevetto della Real Casa” in 1934 (an honour conferred in the past by the Italian king to products of very high quality). Following very ancient recipes, natural and attentively selected ingredients are used to produce Italian liqueurs and distillates, in particular those typical of Central Italy. Tradition and state-of-the-art technologies are fused in the production methods of this fourth generation company, whose target market is the whole world.
AmARo ciociARoFruit of an ancient recipe dated 1873, Amaro Ciociaro is a perfect synthesis of tradition and territory. Obtained by infusion in hydrated alcohol of a complex variety of aromatic herbs, it offers an intense brown colour and a nose pivoted on a mixture of officinal herbs accompanied by notes of ink and balm. Full, balanced taste characterized by a charming citrus note and by a pleasant sugar residue which makes this amaro slightly sweet.
