Our success in opening will depend on creating an environment where we all feel comfortable coming to work and our guests feel comfortable coming to our venues. We must all be vigilant and clearly adhere to safety protocols and procedures. Over time, these protocols and procedures will evolve based on directives from governmental agencies and our own practices. We are looking for everyone to be a part of the process. We appreciate and expect the complete buy-in from everyone regarding health and safety. Please keep communication within Spiegelworld open and transparent. Do not be afraid to tell us if you are in some way exposed to or have COVID-19 – there is NO stigma around having this virus. We will conduct regular meetings to update staff as we progress, and we encourage your feedback and ideas on how we can do this better. Our response is evolving as we look to minimize risk wherever and whenever possible. We should always be looking to make this a safer, happier, and more fun place to be. SPIEGELWORLD COVID-19 TESTING AND SCREENING POLICY Issued: 1/3/2021 Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, and after careful consideration of the latest recommendations from the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (“CDC”) and state and local authorities, Spiegelworld has implemented this COVID-19 Testing and Screening Policy (“Policy”). This Policy applies to all employees physically working in a U.S. Spiegelworld companies, including Spiegelworld Management LLC, Spiegelworld 2129 LLC, Wormwood Industries LLC, Spiegelworld Buzhukov LLC, Buzhukov Payroll LLC, Death in the Afternoon LLC, and associated companies (“Company”) workplace. Why Spiegelworld is Conducting COVID-19 Testing and Screening We care about the health and safety of you and your family. This Policy is designed to put in place some of the screening measures recommended or required by various federal, state, and local guidelines. The purpose is to limit the risk to employees that are returning to work, and to ensure individuals who may have COVID-19 remain out of the workplace and have an opportunity to seek appropriate medical care. Employees with the virus may infect others in close proximity to them or who touch the same surfaces. We have implemented this Policy in order to reduce the possibility of transmission of the virus in the workplace. Employee Screening Process Prior to being admitted into a Spiegelworld workplace you will be required to undergo the following screening steps. - Step 1 – COVID-19 Testing. As part of the screening process, Spiegelworld is administering

COVID-19 viral tests to all employees prior to returning to work, subject to applicable state and local law and testing availability. The tests will be paid for by Spiegelworld and administered at an off-site clinic. A COVID-19 viral test indicates if an employee currently is infected with the SARS-CoV-2 virus that causes COVID-19. According to the CDC, a “negative” test result indicates that the employee was likely not infected at the time the sample was collected, but that does not mean that the employee will not get sick with COVID-19 in the future. It is possible the employee was very early in the infection when the sample was collected or that the employee may be exposed later and then develop COVID-19. Because of this, for purposes of this Policy, employees may need to be retested periodically. Employees may be tested at an onsite clinic in the days preceding the opening of the show to the public and regularly while working. Additional testing will vary based on position and guidance from CDC and medical professionals. Employees with a “negative” COVID-19 test will be permitted entry to Spiegelworld workplaces, subject to the daily entry screening described in Steps 2 and 3, below. If the result is “positive”, the employee will need to isolate for at least 10 days with a clearing of symptoms and no fever for at least 24 hours. It is recommended that they seek guidance from their healthcare provider. If the result is “negative”, the employee will be allowed to return to work, subject to the daily entry screening described below in Steps 2 and 3. Information on

Have you experienced any of the symptoms listed below in the past 48 hours? Fever or chills, Cough, Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, Muscle or body aches, Headache, New loss of sense of taste or smell, Sore throat, Congestion or runny nose, Nausea or vomiting or Diarrhea. b. Within the past 14 days, have you been in close physical contact (6 feet or closer for at least 15 minutes) with a person who is known to have a confirmed case of COVID-19 or with anyone who has any symptoms consistent with COVID-19? c. Are you isolating or quarantining because you may have been exposed to a person with COVID-19 or are worried that you may be sick with COVID-19? d. Are you currently waiting on the results of a COVID-19 test? For purposes of this Policy, the screening questions pertaining to symptoms will be based on the current CDC guidance and local governmental guidance on COVID-19 symptoms. Employees who refuse to complete the symptom certification, have been experiencing COVID-19 related symptoms, or have had a potential COVID-19 exposure, will be denied entry and advised to return home. Employees who complete the certification and have not identified COVID-19-related Symptoms or other exclusion criteria listed above will be permitted to proceed to Step 3 of this Policy - Temperature Screening. Employees denied admittance at this step are encouraged to return home, isolate themselves from others, and monitor their condition. It is recommended that they seek guidance from their healthcare provider. Employees will be contacted by their manager to discuss how to get back to work safely. Information on what individuals should do if they feel sick with COVID-19 symptoms is also available from the CDC at https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/if-you-are-sick/index.html. If you believe your Symptom(s) were caused by conditions other than the COVID-19 virus, please contact Lesley Brousseau at [email protected]. Step 3 – Temperature Check. In addition to the verbal certification described in Step 2, employees will have their temperature screened before being allowed to enter any Spiegelworld workplace. Unless state or local guidance provides otherwise, per CDC guidance, an employee will be considered to have a fever if their measured body temperature is 100.4°F or higher. Employee body temperature will be measured by trained screening personnel using a non-contact thermometer with appropriate safety precautions and protective equipment. If an employee’s temperature has a reading of 100°F or higher,

they will be sent to secondary screening to wait for five minutes before having their temperature rechecked. Employees may be required to certify that in the prior 24 hours the employee has not used any fever-reducing medications (e.g., Ibuprofen or Acetaminophen). Employees who do not have a fever will be permitted to enter the workplace, subject to complying with all other safety measures put in place by the Company. If the employee’s temperature is confirmed to be higher than 100.4°F after the secondary screening, they will be denied entry. In this case, please note, employees will be sent for an off-site COVID-19 viral test then they should return home, isolate themselves from others, and monitor their symptoms until the results are received. It is recommended that they seek guidance from their healthcare provider. Employees who believe the fever or other symptoms were caused by conditions other than COVID-19, or who wish to request an accommodation, should contact Lesley Brousseau at [email protected].

Returning to Work after Being Denied Entry For your safety and the safety of other employees, you will not be allowed to return to work until you are able to certify that you are Symptom-free and able to complete all Stages of the Screening process. Employees who are denied entry as a result of the screening processes generally will be allowed to return to work after (a) the employee is released to work by a healthcare provider or public health authority; or (b) the employee completes all Stages of the Screening and Testing Process; or (c) the employee satisfies the criteria for discontinuation of isolation as published by the CDC. Other Precautions This Policy is in addition to other precautions being taken by Spiegelworld, including frequent cleaning and disinfection, cloth face coverings and/or other protective equipment, and increased social distancing in the workplace. While we understand that the screening techniques included here may not detect every case of COVID-19 or guarantee that an individual who passes the screening is not contagious, we have adopted these measures in an effort to help you monitor for illness and to alert you when you may not know you are infected. In this way, we may reduce the risk of workplace transmission of COVID-19, while minimizing workplace disruption and the cancellation of performances. Assisting with Contact Tracing For your safety and the safety of other employees, you agree that if you test “positive” for COVID-19 that you will assist the Company in tracing any contact you may have had with fellow employees or vendors. This will include answering questions about your work activities, where you believe you contract the virus, and who you may have come in contact with. Encouraged Practices
