Enter your details to create your personal

login

Create your first assessment e.g. “ABC plc Leadership 360”

(you can create more if needed later)

We use our standard template to create your

assessment. You can view it and make

amendments by clicking here.

Click here to review the design

You can review the preview and then click here to make changes to the questionnaire.

You can click to make changes, or use the menu on the left to

add new sections, questions etc.

Once ready, go to ‘Feedback’

Click to ‘Start collecting feedback’

Enter the details of the employees to be

assessed, or use the ‘Upload via XLS’ option

Use our XLS template to enter the names &

email addresses, and upload the file to the site using this button

You can preview each email, (you can amend the text in the ‘Design’

area’)

When ready, click ‘Send invitations’

Once sent, you can track responses, send more invitations, and

send reminders

Once you have responses, you can view

the Results

Individual 360 reports can be downloaded as

PDFs or shared via email

The individual reports help the employee to identify

their top strengths and areas to improve

The group results provide you with a filterable view

of the key areas to improve across everyone

assessed

If you scroll down you’ll see a variety of visuals

that are updated instantly.

As a result, you can identify common gaps

and highlight development resources

that individuals and teams can use to

improve
