What is the Cost?
Rental: $19,332 (w/tax)
Breakdown of Cost Per Family (Based on 18 Families)**
1 Person $325
2 People $600
3 People $900
4 People $1,100
5 People $1,300
6 People $1,400
-Explanation on costs on the next page
Children age 4 and under are FREE and not counted in the count for number of people
**Cost Per Family is an Estimate. Once we have an attendee list we will be able to adjust the cost accordingly so this cost might fluctuate slightly.
Food: There will no longer be a charge for food. The only cost per family will be the cost for rental.
Explanation of Cost Breakdown
The costs have been assigned based upon families and have taken into account family size. Since individual family size varies
so much throughout the whole family we decided that the best way to split the cost was a weighted Cost where the amount
each family has to pay is proportionate to the number of people that they have. The weighted cost is designed to alleviate the burden on large families and to keep costs reasonable for those who will be attending as an individual. The chart above breaks
down the savings that all family sizes will enjoy in comparison to a “per person” charge.

Payment Schedule Option
Payments can be made at any time and will be applied toward the total cost of the reunion for your family. The following is a
tentative breakdown of payment schedule:
Deposit Due June 20, 2009 ($300 Per family)
Remaining Balance and Food Due in Full by March 15, 2010
By June 1 2009 we will need to have a commitment from everyone who will be attending. This will allow us to adjust the cost per family if needed. We cannot absorb the cost of someone who
commits and does not attend.
Monthly Payment Plan
The chart above depicts 3 payment plans that will allow for each family to contribute on a monthly basis towards their cost for the family Reunion to ease the financial burden. I have outlined an 18 month, 12 month, and 9 month program and how much money will be accumulated at the time that the entire balance is due for the trip (March 15, 2010)
Our plan is to have a “Family Reunion” savings account set up with Bank of America so that you will be able to make a deposit at a location nearest to you for convenience.
This chart is an 18 month payment plan that will allow for the entire balance to be paid in equal monthly increments

Why do we want to plan the reunion?
Well, there is more than one reason why we would like to plan the next Rampi Family Reunion. We understand that we would have the responsibility of planning the summer vacations for many families. This is not something that
we take lightly. Just as in Arkansas we would make every effort to plan fun and interactive activities throughout the week that will allow all of us to reconnect with each other.
Our goal is to give everyone a week that they will remember and for everyone to leave feeling refreshed and
excited about the 2012 reunion. As part of the next generation we feel it is a great responsibility to carry on
the traditions that have been built over the past 10+ years.
Let’s make the 2010 Rampi Family Reunion the best
gathering yet!If there are any questions pertaining to this proposal or the planning of the 2010 Rampi
Family Reunion please don’t hesitate to contact us before you vote for a location
