Company management wanted to consolidatethe entire organization, including plants, depots,marketing, and headquarters, which were usingseveral isolated systems. Senior executives realizedthat replacing this with a single solution enterprise-wide would eliminate redundant data entry and theneed for data reconciliation, shorten audit times,

automate manual work, and cut IT support costsdramatically. Most important, it would improvegovernance and central control, and enable thecompany to react faster to business challengesand compete more e ectively in the constantlychanging market.
