Currently, the data for the Spence

Neighborhood Association is tracked in

many different formats. Aggregating the

data for reporting is tedious and time

consuming.

Volunteers are using an arduous paper

and manual recording process to track

participant and volunteer attendance,

making the data disorganized and

inaccurate.

SNA staff will be able to easily track

and report on:

• Participant attendance

• Transportation of participants

• Staff/Volunteer data

• Incidents

User friendly reporting of this data will

be used to ensure the safety of SNA

participants and secure grants and

funding.

A fully developed application

using custom Apex and Visual

Force code within the SalesForce

platform. Staff will increase

efficiency while reducing

administrative work leaving more

time for community action.
