69 032.543.6906 Speed Vacuum Concentrator / Ecospin Ecospin 3180C The Ecospin is liquid drying and/or concentrating system using vacuum condition and the centrifugal force is used to prevent the boiling phenomena in the concentrating liquid. The Ecospin can concentrate DNA, RNA, amino acids, hormones, enzymes, and proteins. The specially designed BLDC motor drives the rotor in a constant speed to generate the centrifugal force and the vacuum environment forces the liquid to vaporize. The heater is embedded outside of the rotor chamber to help the liquid to vaporize. The large volume stainless steel cold trap catches the water vapor to reduce the pumping load of vacuum pump. The transparent acryl door allows to monitor the rotating condition of the rotor plate. The screw type quick clamp helps the easy fixing the rotor plate on the rotating shaft. Stainless steel condenser (4 liter) collects up to 4 liters of liquid. Corrosion resistance with Acrylic lid (Pyrex glass lid as an optional accessory). The specially designed brushless DC motor can regulate the rotating speed of the rotor up to 1,800 rpm. Specially designed brushless DC motor ensures the perfect vacuum sealing. The corrosion resistant concentration chamber can accommodates various types of rotors. The powerful compressor with CFC-free refrigeration system can pull down the temperature of the cold trap to -85 C. The oil mist trap is applied as a standard accessory to cut off the outflows of contaminated gas. Teflon coating protects the chamber from harsh solvents. the concentrating l iquid. The Ecospin can
concentrate DNA, RNA, amino acids, hormones,

The Modulspin consists of concentrator module, coldtrap module, vacuum pump, and table for all elements.The specially designed DC servo motor drives the rotorin a variable speed up to 1,800 rpm to generate thecentrifugal force and the vacuum environment forces theliquid to vaporize. The temperature of the chamber iscontrolled to help the liquid to vaporize by themicroprocessor and the heater is embedded outside ofthe rotor chamber. Various types of rotor such as microtiter can be attachedto the rotating shaft and the screw type quick clamphelps the easy fixing the rotor plate on the rotating shaft.The transparent acryl door allows to monitoring therotating condition of the rotor plate. The stainless steelcold trap module has a large volume and it catches thewater vapor to reduce the pumping load of vacuumpump. The vacuum level is measured by pirani vacuumgauge and digitally displayed.
Stainless steel condenser (4 liter) collects up to 4 liters ofliquid before it’s empty.
Corrosion resistance with Acrylic lid (Pyrex glass lid as anoptional accessory).

Freeze Dryer / CleanVac
The CleanVac system is a lab scale freeze dryer usingthe lyophilization phenomena. The cylindrical shapetransparent acryl chamber is used for dry chamber andstainless steel petri dishes are used with rack system todry the frozen specimen. The CleanVac system has a very large size cold trapthat it can be used for prefreezer and it does not needthe exclusive prefreezer system.The microprocessorgoverns the whole system process that it monitors thetemperature with pt-100 temperature sensor andvacuum level with pirani gauge. The microprocessorautomatically decides the leak condition from the vacu-um level and give a warning to the LCD display in orderto prevent the damage of vacuum pump by overflow ofthe molten specimen. Furthermore, the microprocessorperiodically stops the vacuum pump and measures thechange of vacuum level to find out the end of freezedrying procedures.
Lyophilization is the most way to preserve living cells, wholeblood, vaccines, biological specimens, vegetable, meat, fishand general food.
The powerful compressor with CFC-free refrigeration systemcan pull down the temperature of the cold trap to -85 C.
Removable front of panel provides easy access to refrigerationsystem and pump for maintenance.
High capacity refrigeration system ensures rapid cooling.
The vacuum pressure is precisely measured by Pirani vacuumgauge.
The microprocessor governs the whole system and all theparameters are displayed in the LCD display.
Self diagnosis algorithm for check the end of the freeze dryingprocedure: Stop the vacuum pump for each hour and check thepressure change during a minute. If the value of pressurechange is limited in the predetermined range, the controllerautomatically displays the end of the drying procedure in theLCD panel.
The heater plate can be installed to the rack for petri dishes inorder to accelerate the drying speed.
LCD display shows the vacuum pressure, chamber and traptemperatures, and the other processing parameters.
