Good Evening Ladies and Gentlemen, It is humbling to be present at this banquet alongside with many diligent and competent leaders. I would like to extend my congratulations to all of you on behalf of P.A.C. It has been a highly monumental year for Parkside Association of Communicators. With a small team in my E-board, we revived an organization that was in active in the past year and as a team we pushed it to be significantly visible on campus. And of course, this could not have been achieved without the continuous collaborations that we have had over the academic year of 2012 to 2013. I am humbled and honoured to be part of a team that is for the students by the students. I am in debt to my team in aiding me in attaining excellence in whatever we do for our organization. P.A.C is also in debt to the various organizations that have given us valuable advise and constructive criticism to grow as a leader and grow as professionals. At this point of time, I would like to acknowledge everyone who has helped us behind the scenes as well as in the front lines of operation our organization. P.A.C would like to recognize the following organizations that have given my team and I valuable insights to bring P.A.C to where it is today. You have pushed us to think out of our set paradigms and challenged us to be who we are today. As I call out your organization’s name, please come up to get your appreciation awards. PAMA WIPZ SOC OMSA THE ADVISING AND CAREER CENTRE Student activities centre. I have not forgotten our dedicated advisors Dr Fay Akindes and Dr John Moore. Both of you have given us the liberty to function as a student organization and you have challenged us to use critical skills such as critical listening skills- an imperative skill to gain leadership skills and attain professionalism. I would also like to acknowledge Dr Shailor from the communication department in contributing him time to hold workshops for P.A.C, Bryan Huges who volunteered him time to host workshpops with us as well. We would also like to acknowledge Annalee Sepanski who have given us imperative logical advise pertaining to orgs. P.A.C bows to you with great respect and to all who have helped us to establish ourselves on campus as well as in the community.
