A fully vertical manufacturer, we manufacture premium carpets from the finest fibres and yarns all the way through to carpet delivery. Our 80/20 wool nylon and 100% wool products are renowned for their colour, performance and added high value treatments.

With a history of 35 years of profitable trading, Westex has a policy of continued investment in order to deliver the uppermost in quality products and customer service.

Each year Westex invests over one million pounds in product and range development, environmental responsibility and capital projects.

Westex use only 2-fold and 3-fold yarns which give our carpets superior non-crush properties and help prevent pile reversal not due to footfall.

Westex control the manufacture and quality of every carpet we make in the UK. Westex own UK dye house enables us to give the same quick delivery of carpet whether it is your own special colour or a stock colour.

Cutting and Warehousing in the both North and South of the UK gets your order ready for despatch in the minimum of time. Carpet deliveries are made to all areas at least weekly.

Based fully in the UK, you can be assured that Westex complies with ethical, environmental, health, safety and people management standards. Westex offer the following additional services to deliver your flooring requirements.

Special Dye ServiceOur extensive colour bank and dedicated dye house allow us to match any colour of your choice. All our carpets are UK made, managed and quality controlled, and we can dye them to match your colour sample; be that a paint card, swatch of fabric or more unusual objects such as a snooker ball – the choice really is yours. Our special dye service has a minimum quantity of 40m² and the colour yarn pom must meet with your approval before production gets underway.

Excellent Sample ServiceWe will personally present your sample and discuss options and prices if you require. Postal A5 sample of any stock product by next day delivery. Special Dye colour poms in 48 hours from receipt of your own colour sample.

Your choice of graphic or stripe design using standard colours in 5 working days made on the machine your carpet will be actually produced on. Your choice of graphic or stripe in your own bespoke colours in 10 working days. (Extra charges may apply).

Personal Project SupportWestex contract managers can be fully involved in your flooring project, from design ideas, construction, specification and order. They will then personally oversee the production and delivery of the carpet including any after sales support.

Information and GuidanceWe can provide all the information you need regarding product construction, added value treatments and product certifications. In addition we have comprehensive cleaning and maintenance instructions where required.

Environmental, Health and Safety and all other product integrity aspects can be fully explained and information provided for your client’s peace of mind.

Made from 80% wool and 20% nylon these carpets give a superb combination of performance and technical design. All these carpets are produced from fine 2-Fold yarn, giving improved appearance retention, recovery, resilience and durability.

The Twist range offers 4 original 1/8th gauge twists and 4 satin 1/10 gauge twists. All are double cropped for a smooth finish.
