IV Thesaurus Management
Abstraction is also an asset for
1. Compiling and managing skills efficiently;
2. Quality assurance and maintenance of skills;
3. Supporting the construction of comprehensive and consistent OSPs;
4. Quality assurance and maintenance of OSPs;

V Display of content in applications
• assess visual impact of displays
• monitor delivery schedules
• monitor stock movement
evaluate information
• liaise with buyers to plan products for the store
• maintain relationships with customers and suppliers
interact with others
• negotiate with suppliers for visual materialnegotiate

VI Conclusions
Not all ESCO business cases can be supported by specific KSCs
concepts in a satisfactory manner.
Generic KSCs concepts are useful for compiling and managing the
ESCO KSCs taxonomy efficiently.
A matrix of transversal KSCs applied to all occupations would
promote comprehensibility and consistency in OSPs.
The display of large amount of very specific content would profit
from structuring using broader terms as headlines summarizing
details of related content.
