Student Action Plan: I will …….. Work to increase my knowledge and understanding of geometry to help increase from my current 203 to my Project RIT score of 209 by May 2015.

BY …FIRST – Making flash cards of all geometric terms with definitions, pictures of geometric shapes and geometry formulas.

NEXT – Spending 10 minutes each night going through my flash cards – Monday-Thursday

THEN – Having my mom/dad/friend/sister, “quiz” me using those flash cards on the 1st and 3rd Sunday evening of each month.

Student Action Plan: I will …….. Work to increase my ability Vocabulary acquisition and use by the end of my sixth grade year

BY …FIRST – Spending more time each week studying my vocabulary words - I will spend a minimum of 5 minutes a night reading through my words M, T, and Th. I will write out my vocabulary words every Wednesday night.NEXT – Using each vocabulary word at least one time during the week in a sentence for homework, journal writing or reading response .

THEN – Having someone at home quiz me on my words every Thursday evening
