PROJECT MANAGEMENT
For JCB good project management is about clearly understanding the client’s requirements from the outset and implementing processes to ensure those standards are met. The process begins with an initial client meeting after which a work schedule is prepared to identify all of the required resources.
A mobilisation plan is then developed for all staff and contractors to outline the required specifications and timeframes. Managers and supervisors then monitor progress and timeframes to ensure key milestones are achieved.
Regular consultations are held with the client to provide progress reports in an agreed format. This ensures any issues are detected early and can be quickly rectified. This process allows for a degree of flexibility if required by the client. With a computer system able to track projects through to completion and the ability to work effectively with all trades and contractors, JCB really do stake their reputation on delivering projects on time and on budget.
