• Completed deliveries denoted by tick• Quantities can be manually changed if required• Quantities must be balanced before moving on

• If items are rejected by customer• If barcode cannot be scanned

• Rejected items – reason must be entered• Delivered quantity can be manually edited



Collection Process

• All collection items listed on screen• Driver scans each item as it is loaded• Display updates quantities:

• Quantity to collect• Remaining quantity• Collected quantity• Not Collected quantity

• Completed collections denoted by tick• Quantities can be manually changed if required



Finalising the delivery

• Summary of items delivered:• Item number• Quantity delivered• Customer order number / ref.• Order number

• Select checked / unchecked • Print name of customer• Signature of customer
