Manufacture of bespoke hose assemblies:

From our North East England base we manufacture hose assemblies, following the British Fluid Power Distributor Associations (BFPDA) code of conduct.

Our experienced team only use the highest quality products and, assemblies are available in a wide range of materials including hydraulic, pneumatic, industrial, jet wash and braided steel; Together with thousands of end of fittings which, are held on-site for a speedy and efficient delivery anywhere in the world.

Whether it’s a one-off hose or a package of requirements for a machine new build/refurbishment we are on-hand to discuss your future needs.

Optional extras include: tagging solutions, protective spiral guarding and collective wrapping, flushing to industry standards, pressure testing, test certificates and hose register.

Whether it’s a one-off assembly or tailored hose management, inspection & survey; we work closely with customers to create a tailored package of support. Recognising that not all customers are the same, we take an individual approach to each project.

Activities are planned in advance, in accordance with company policies and procedures. Our experienced team are well-versed to provide advisory information of industry standards such as health & safety.

This service protects assets and aims to identify potential issues, reduce downtime, decrease emergency call outs and lengthen machinery life expectancy.

Equipment packages and material kits

We offer an economical service, producing a range of bespoke kits which comprise a series of parts, hoses and fittings, combined into equipment packages or sub-assemblies and sold under one part number. Not only do you have access to over 50,000 line items, kits are assembled to specific requirements with options of bespoke labelling and packing to meet your individual needs.
