Complimentary Night You are given a complimentary night stay

at the Hilton. Check in is at 3:00pm on your wedding day. You can reserve your complimentary night the night before; for the group rate plus $50. The room is based on availability and will be assigned once your signed contract is returned.

Final Count Your final head count is due the Tuesday before

your wedding. On the week of your wedding, you cannot drop in number, only increase. The last day to add people to your wedding will be the day before your wedding. Anyone added the day of your wedding will result in $10 extra per person.

Payments A 25% deposit is required along with a signed contract

to reserve your wedding date. midway, a 50% deposit including service charge and tax is required. Two weeks prior, final payment is required. The week of is the remainder payment based on an increase of guests.

Room Blocks Room blocks are offered at a special rate. You

must contact the sales office to reserve your room block. 954-422-1783

Children's Menu A children's menu is offered for children

under the age of 12 of a fruit salad, chicken fingers and macaroni and cheese.

Vendor Meals Vendors are presented with a meal of chef’s

choice

Additional Hours Additional hours are offered for $350.00

not including the food or beverage.

Minimums All banquet rooms do have food and beverage

minimums and can be discussed with your event manager.

Wedding Hours Afternoon weddings have to end promptly

at 4pm. Evening weddings start at 6pm and must end promptly at midnight.
