SPECIAL PROPERTIES GROUPThe Special Properties Group provides specialized acquisition, disposition and consulting services for major industrial facilities located outside of metropolitan areas.

With more than 48 aligned Industrial Real Estate Experts in 36 offices in the U.S. and Canada, the Special Properties Group addresses the needs of corporate business with assets in secondary and tertiary markets that previously had been serviced by non-aligned brokers. Our SPG network of professionals is able to fulfill client needs across North America, providing services capabilities that stress market knowledge, experience, quality commercial real estate practices and great accountability to the client.

For more than 27 successful years, the SPG has offered expertise through combining its own unique industrial knowledge with the depth of the CBRE platform, traditional real estate brokerage and local community and provincial/state economic development.

The Special Properties Group works primarily with properties 100,000 square feet and larger, or with those that employ 50 or more people. Properties such as these are identified and routinely tracked within the group. Through a specialized database and strategic relationships with government officials, The Special Properties Group also has the ability to track demographic information, as well as tax and labor rates.
