SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that I Shri/Smt _____________________ AGE_____ RESIDENT OF_______________ do hereby nominate, constitute and appoint Shri/Smt __________________________ AGE_____ RESIDENT OF____________________ through this Special Power of Attorney to be my true and lawful Agent to do the following acts, deeds, matters and things and execute the following powers, in respect of any matter related to the case STATE VS. ROOPESH VERMA. AND WHEREAS I am personally not able to look after and manage the affairs related to this case because I am suffering from paralysis on the right side of my body and I have also attached medical reports in the Annexure 1 for the perusal. AND WHEREAS I am desirous to assign the following power to my agent. 1. To sign, execute such agreements, documents and any other papers or letters by Related to case STATE Vs. ROOPESH VERMA 2 To do any other Act which is required to do in the above said case.

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that I Shri/Smt _____________________ AGE_____ RESIDENT OF_______________ do hereby nominate, constitute and
appoint Shri/Smt __________________________ AGE_____ RESIDENT OF____________________ through this Special Power of Attorney to be my true and lawful
Agent to do the following acts, deeds, matters and things and execute the following powers, in respect of any matter related to the case STATE VS. ROOPESH VERMA.
AND WHEREAS I am personally not able to look after and manage the affairs related to this case because I am suffering from paralysis on the right side of my body and I have also attached medical reports in the Annexure 1 for the perusal.
AND WHEREAS I am desirous to assign the following power to my agent.
1. To sign, execute such agreements, documents and any other papers or letters by
Related to case STATE Vs. ROOPESH VERMA
2 To do any other Act which is required to do in the above said case.
3. To appear in person and to represent me before in any court or before authorities in respect of above said case and to sign, file
and present all claims proceedings, application, affidavits returns documents etc.
5. To do all such act, sign, execute, deliver or cause to deliver all such documents, papers letters or any other
papers in connection with the above said case.
6. THIS POWER OF ATTORNEY shall be irrevocable and I hereby agree to ratify whatever is done or caused to
be done by the said Agent on my behalf by virtue of this Power of Attorney.
7. In case of disbursement of any money the court can allot that money to me or my agent as the court deem fit.
THIS POWER OF ATTORNEY shall come to an end as soon as the matter is decided by the Court in the case, i.e. STATE Vs. ROOPESH VERMA.
