existing plant beds. All grass needs to be removed around any tree and plant bases.

5. Remove all old staking material on well established trees like the magnolia trees along West

Sunrise Boulevard.

6. Plant material and sod throughout the site shows a lack of fertilization. Clean the landscape

beds, fertilize the trees, shrubs, and ground cover with a balanced full spectrum fertilizer.

7. Any areas with no sod or missing sod, such as, along the south perimeter, need to have

Saint Augustine solid sod re-install.

8. The existing perimeter ficus hedge along the buffer is in decline and/or is missing.
