OPTION A: Rent left side of Wine Flight during OPEN hours.$ 7 5
STEP 1 WHEN DO YOU NEED THE SPACE?
You are guaranteed the entire left, brick side of Wine Flight for three (3)hours. You receive: · 3 standing cocktail tables with 9 backless stools;· 3 dining height tables with 12 dining height chairs;· A portion of the bar reserved for your guests to order drinks; · The brick wall wooden ledge to place gifts/food/brochures/etc.· Add extra hour for additional $25. We are open to the public during this time, but your section is marked andpartitioned for your private party. This arrangement is perfect for mingling.It comfortably f its 25-30 guests. It gets a bit snug with 30+ guests, but is st i l lenjoyable according to our prior private party guests. Ending t ime cannot exceed 9:00 PM on Tuesday through Thursday or 11 :00PM Friday/Saturday. We are unavailable on Sundays because we do not have a permit to sellalcohol on Sundays. Moreover, we are unavailable on Mondays because weare closed.

MOST POPULAR ADD-ON. Choose shareable appetizers for your guests. We will have them prepped andplaced on your tables when your guests arr ive. The Board: Charcuterie comprised of smoked kielbasa, Genoa Salami, Vermont'sSharp White Cheddar, a seasonal gourmet hard cheese, soft goat cheese, fruitpreserve, garl ic-jalapeno stuffed olive, chocolate covered almonds, oven bakedcrackers, and balsmaic glaze as a garnish. Serves 2-4. $12. The Pattern: Rotate your toasted soft pretzels between basil pesto, sun-driedtomato pesto, stone ground sweet & spicy mustard, and sesoned olive oil . Serves 4. $11 S'Mores: Roast your marshmallows over a flame tableside. Serves 4. $7 Seaonsal : Check out our website to view our seasonal offerings. Pricing varies.

STEP 3 SPACE ARRANGEMENT MODIFICATION
You have already selected the above OPTION A in STEP 1 and you are modifying how wearrange the space. Rather than the furniture arrangement described in OPTION A, we will remove all specifiedfurniture, and you will receive: · 5 eight-foot tables with black mid-length (60” x 120”) tablecloths· Enough seats compatible for space set up. Note: Most guests prefer using the 8’ tables grouped together into 1 large rectangle allowingfor 20 seats to face each other family style. The capacity for this family style arrangement is 20seats.
Add 8’ table with linen and chairs. $12
MOST POPULAR ADD-ON TO OPTION A for groups who are bringing in food from an outside,licensed restaurant. Add 1 eight-foot table with black mid-length (60” x 120”) tablecloth and 8 folding chairs to yourevent. (If declining chairs, the price stays the same.)

TERMSBY HAVING YOUR PRIVATE PARTY AT WINE FLIGHT, YOU ARE AGREEING TO THE BELOW TERMS:
PRICEo Price includes set up, tear down, and clean up by Wine Flight.
o The prices above are for dates that do not fall on government holidays (e.g. Christmas).
o Sales Tax:- Sales tax will be added to all of the specified prices. Sales tax is transferred directly to theState of Ohio from Wine Flight. - Pursuant to the State of Ohio, sales tax must be added to the venue rental cost.
o Gratuity:- 18% gratuity will be added to the In-House Catered Food cost. This amount is also due 7 daysbefore the event. - Purchases (e.g. glasses of wine/beer; appetizers from our standard menu) during the eventwill not automatically include gratuity. It is your (and your guests) choice to add gratuity on yourbeverage/appetizer bill.
PAYMENT METHOD & DUE DATEo Venue rental cost is due at least 2 (two) weeks before your event. We guarantee you the spaceonly after we receive payment.
o The remaining costs (e.g. extra tables) are due at least seven (7) days before your event.
o We accept only cash or credit card for purchases made DURING THE EVENT. We accept cash,credit card, and BUSINESS checks for the invoiced payments due before your event. We do notaccept any form of check during your event. If any payment is returned for insufficient funds orotherwise dishonored, or if payment is stopped, you agree to pay $30 to Wine Flight for eachinsufficient transaction,
o If we do not have full payment by the above time frames, we reserve the right to cancel yourprivate party without issuing a refund.
FOODo Outside food:- Outside food is allowed only if coming from a licensed, restaurant kitchen (e.g. DeStazio's Pizza,Portage Inn Grill). Homemade or store-bought food is not allowed pursuant to the Health Code.However, store-bought cake is allowed for your celebration. If bringing in your own outside food,please supply your own plates and cutlery. - Please provide your own storage containers for your outside food during your event.
REGULAR MENU FOOD ITEMSo This payment is not due before your event. This payment is due during your event. Review"Payment Method & Due Date" terms for accepted payment methods. o It is the Host's (i.e. the person completing the above form) responsibility to ensure payment ofthese appetizers.
TERMS CONTINUED
YOUR PRIVATE PRESENTATION AT WINE FLIGHTo Wine Flight does not have a microphone or projector for your presentation for your specialevent during our regular open hours. o If giving a presentation during our open hours, please keep the volume to a reasonable level that itis not affecting the experience of our general public customers in the shop.
REFUND / CANCELLATIONo If you cancel your private party within 14 days of your event and do not reschedule the event for alater date, you forfeit your venue rental payment. If you cancel your private party within in-housecatered food within 7 days of your event, you also forfeit the in-house catered food payment. o You will not receive a refund if Wine Flight requests you to conclude your private party for reasonsincluding, but not limited to: your guests’ obscene or disruptive behavior or for soliciting Wine Flightcustomers for your business sales.
WINE FLIGHT'S CONCURRENT ACTIVITIESo During hours we are open to the public, we are not only dedicated to serving your private partyneeds, but we are also serving the general public needs. o We may have a special Wine Flight event (e.g. book club or live entertainment) happening at WineFlight during your event. It is your responsibility to communicate your desire to avoid booking WineFlight on a day where Wine Flight has such activities. Additionally, it is your responsibility to check theWine Fight Events calendar at www.wineflight.net prior to booking with Wine Flight.
