Firstly, I HAVE to say that we all had the most AMAZING time at The Australian Fitness and Health Expo in Sydney (during FILEX) and it was all because we were able to catch up with ALL OF YOU!!
It was THE BEST feeling in the world to finally meet you all in person! I think I was on cloud 9 for days and then when I eventually returned back to reality, it was almost a week later and I was so thankful that we could all be there to say hi to those of you who waited so patiently!
Everyone was so amazing, and talking to each and every one of you was the highlight of the whole weekend for me. I loved hearing your stories of triumph and tears, and I felt the passion that each of you have within you. I really am such a lucky girl to be able to get to meet so many incredible people and share the journey with you all along the way. I am truly blessed and I thank each and EVERY one of you for coming to say hi!
We were all so privileged again this year to be able to have another amazing International Oxygen Covergirl (the gorgeous Alicia Marie) with us on the stand, and let’s not forget her lovely assistant Ashley! Both ladies were such a pleasure to have around, and this place is a whole lot quieter now that they are both back in the USA! We miss you guys already!! We had such a great time so make sure you check out page 46 for all the details!
Until next timeBelieve in Yourself!Train Hard, Keep fit and LOVE Life!Lindy xx
