Disrespectful• Maintain a calm and respectful

manner when you respond to the pupil to model the kind of behavior that you expect from a pupil.

Constant Avoidance of Work

• Give students a choice – with consequences attached.

• Provide take – up time.• Reestablish the relationship.

Fighting• Conduct initial investigation• Talk with a witness• Record initial report• Forward the initial written

report to the OPSA / APSA for further investigation

Disobedience• Talk with the pupil patiently and

privately• Leave the pupil for a while for

him/ her to calm down• Be objective and avoid engaging

in arguments with the pupil• For severe / intense cases, call for

the assistance from the OPSA – Discipline or Guidance Facilitator

Bullying ( threats, teasing, fooling, physical abuse)• Evaluate the seriousness of

the behavior• Enhance lessons on

friendship, being respectful , and caring for one another

• Report to the OPSA – Discipline or Grade level Guidance Facilitator for follow –up

• Inform the parents
