1. Cycle composition: Compressor - Condenser - Filter Dryer - Sight Glass - Expansion Value- Evaporator-

Compressor.

2. Being practicable to operate on manual, thermal control or pump down with connecting by

sequence or PLC control system. (Include a textbook).

3. Being practicable to function for Specification of Refrigerator Performance Automatic Measuring and Data

Acquisition and System Monitoring Program.

(1) Being practicable to measure temperature at each of compressor inlet and outlet, condenser inlet and outlet,

expansion V/V inlet and outlet, evaporator outlet, inside chamber, and outside using thermo couples of T-type.

(2) Measure of pressure: Being practicable to measure within the range of -1bar ~ 35bar at each of

compressor inlet and outlet, condenser outlet, expansion V/V outlet, and evaporator inlet by

pressure sensors which are installed.

(3) Experiment factors: Being practicable to calculate each factor of like as refrigeration effect, compressor work,

condensing effect, evaporating latent heat, amount of flash gas at expansion V/V outlet, dry rate and humidity at

expansion V/V outlet, and coefficient of performance in the abstract with temperature and pressure data which

are measure.

Saving: Being saved on every minute until 1440min as excel file after click the icon ‘SAVE’.

4. Being included 5 textbooks related with refrigeration(Theory, Performance test and troubleshoot) and

automatic control experiment(Sequence, PLC, IC), which had already been registered in Korea.

(3) Monitoring factors like as refrigeration effect, compressor work, condensing heat in condenser, evaporating

latent heat, amount of flash gas at expansion V/V outlet, dry ratio at expansion V/V outlet, humidity at expansion

V/V outlet, coefficient of performance in the abstract with temperature and pressure data which are measure in

real time
