EMPLOYERS MUST: Furnish a Place of Employment Free of Recognized Hazards That Are Causing or Are Likely to Cause Death or Serious Physical Harm to Employees. Employers Must Comply With Occupational Safety and Health Standards Promulgated Under the Williams-Steiger Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970.

THE SPCC PLAN
The Facility Must Be Non-transportation-related; The Facility Must Have An Aggregate Above Ground Storage
Capacity Greater Than 1,320 Gallons In Containers Of Greater Than 55 Gallons Capacity Or A Total Underground Storage Capacity Greater Than 42,000 Gallons And;
There Must Be A Reasonable Expectation Of A Discharge To Navigable Waters Or Adjoining Shorelines Of The United States.
A Copy Of 40 CFR 112 Must Be Included In The Plan.
