Summary

• The SPC successfully established a communications uplink with Malmö University faculty of business development in early May

1 Choosing Malmö University as our main partner

A presentation of the ESL was delivered to the university on April 28 and we are proud to report that the faculty of business development have extended an invitation on may 23rd to meet SPC representatives and discuss the project in greater detail. We are looking forward to building and maintaining a close long term partnership with Malmö University pointing to shared similarities in geographical setting, cultural and philosophically shared values as factors that will enable such a vision to come into fruition.

As a first step in this newly formed integrative process the SPC have voluntarily offered to consult domestic and international business associates to investigate collaborative possibilities in the retrieval and limited diffusion of U.S Dpt. of Homeland Securitys classified F.A.S.T project technical specifications.

2 ESL commercialization

We believe in the mass market potential of the ESL as a revolutionary additive linguistic dimension to 21st century communication whose primary historical counterpart was the invention of the alphabet. In our spearheading analytical research as an international strategic, humanitarian, and spiritual thinktank google glass mainstream enablement of augmented reality has been identified as a near future paradigm shift of great magnitude. Inorder to secure and maintain an early competitive advantage in this sector of augmented reality it is imperative to initiate and discuss conceptual and theoretical product aspects well in advance of consumer access to industry specific technological enablers which are expected to arrive in late 2014.

We are comfortable in the assertion of the Swedish and US governments responsible and discreet handling of realtime and historical data monitoring, analysis and storage of end user dynamic emotional states of the Emotional Symbolic Language digital platform based on the F.A.S.T system, which is why the recipients are hereby encouraged to respond with enthusiasm and keen pursuit of a bilateral technological exchange agreement.
