What will your challenge be?

Step 1: Pick your challenge - it can be anything you want, try to make it challenging but achievable. If you’re struggling why not ask a friend what they think your challenge should be.

Living with HIV is a challenge. One of our young service users, Ada (age 9), knows this all too well.

Ada lost her mum to HIV and now lives with her granny. Her granny doesn’t speak very much English and Ada has to act as interpreter. Ada knows she has to take her pills to stay healthy but

she really struggles and has become very ill in the past. For Ada every day is a real challenge and it’s hard to remember For Ada every day is a real challenge and it’s hard to remember that she is just a 9 year old with a love of sparkly shoes!

Why not learn a musical instrument?Or walk a particular distance every day?Or start ballroom dancing classes?Or give up chocolate?Or send a postcard every day for 40 days?Or try going vegan for 40 days?Or try going vegan for 40 days?

Or give up complaining – vow to not moan for 40 days?Or commit to one act of kindness every day?Or adopt a granny or granddad – visit an elderly person and spend time with them?
