Executes necessary publicity to spread awareness of the event. Creates, prints and delivers gala invitations for local businesses and entertainers. Organizes and sets up booths and needed equipment according to floor plan for each vendor prior to the starting time. Prepares beverage and food platters and keeps counters clean. Organizes tickets, gift baskets and door prizes. Answers guests or vendors questions to ensure easy flow for the evening. Cleans up, packs, and returns equipment to proper area. Thanks and re-invites vendors and entertainers to participate at the next gala.
