The Spanish Chamber of Commerce in coordination with Spanish Consulate, Spanish Trade Commission, Spanish Women Association and Spanish Chef Association in Asia and other partners, is proud to present the activities to celebrate with the public.

As part of the Spanish October, the Spanish Chamber of Commerce is organizing Tapas Tour 2012 from 24th September until 21st October featuring 11 restaurants. Between the selected days, selected Spanish restaurants are going to offer two different special tapas combos:

Combo 1: 2 tapas + 1 drink (beer or non-alcoholic beverage) – HK$99 Combo 2: 4 tapas + 2 drinks (beer or non alcoholic- beverages) – HK$188

It was not until 1993 that Kiku decided to explore the painting medium of oil. Kiku believes oil to be‘the most noble medium of painting reflecting a long history and tradition of art.The artist then started to experiment with the diverse use and expression of oil painting, developing his unique artistic style through the passage of time. Due to his family backgroundand exposure to art, Kiku has cultivated his admiration for Catalan landscape artists and impressionists. Master chefs from the Spanish Chef Association in Asia will showcase their skills and involve you in an interesting menu representing Spanish gastronomy.

In celebration with the Spanish National Day this October, the Food and Wine Acad-emy has arranged a unique Spanish food and wine tasting workshop. Through explor-ing how the basic components of both Spanish food and wine complement one another, participants will learn how flavor and aroma profiles can be used to create a unique part-nership. In this workshop, you will learn how to bridge your menu preparations to en-hance the aroma and flavour characteristics from Spanish foods and Spanish wine.
