Reservations and Deposits Reservations will be accepted on receipt of an initial deposit of $50000 per person Full payment is due by 01 May 2016 For bookings received after this date full payment is required on receipt of confirmation

Cancellations and Amendments Up until 01 April 2016 your deposit will be held as a credit for future tours for a period of three years after which there will be no refund amp the deposit will be forfeited to cover our costs Cancellations received after 01 April 2016 may incur costs ranging from loss of deposit to 100 of the total tour cost Any alterations to existing bookings will incur an amendment fee of $15000 plus any additional charges for recalculation of airfares andor arrangements Torii Tours may cancel the tour up to 35 days prior to departure in which case a full refund will be made and Torii will be under no further obligation We will do all possible to follow the printed itinerary of the tour however when operating circumstances require variation in itinerary or hotels then we reserve the right to do so and further to amend the itinerary when we consider it in the best interest of the participants to do so It will be Torii Tours decision solely when and if an itinerary should be amended

Documentation A passport valid for all countries to be visited and for return admission into Australia must be carried Visas for all countries to be visited may be required if you are traveling on other than an Australian passport

Travel Insurance It is important that you take out an insurance policy covering cancellation loss of deposit baggage and medical expenses and other unforseen events Insurance is available through Torii Tours It is important to insure with us so that we can assist you if you have a claim prior to or during the tour

Taxes amp Surcharges Australian British amp Spanish Taxes amp Airline surcharges are based on the amount of $49800 applicable on Dec 18 2015 The Taxsurcharge amounts are included in

the Tour cost

Share Twin room Accommodation Twin Room accommodation is available on the Tour however hotel rooms in Europe are smaller than in the USA amp Australia and will consist of either a Double bed amp sofa bed a Double bed amp single bed or 2 single beds Beds can be close together in the room Single passengers wishing to share Single travellers wishing to share a room please note we will endeavour to allocate a share twin room if required however if we are unable to allocate a shared room it will be necessary to take a single room and pay the supplement Single Rooms may consist of a single bed or Double bed in the UK Europe

BRISBANE PASSENGERS

Cathay Pacific do not offer a flight from Brisbane to Hong Kong to connect with their service to Madrid on July 4 2016 It will be necessary for Brisbane passengers to join the Cathay Flight in Sydney Cathay Pacific however do offer a return flight from London to Brisbane via Hong Kong on July 22 2016 as per the group flights Brisbane passengers will need to purchase a separate ticket from Brisbane to Sydney to join the tour Please contact Torii for assistance in this regard
