Space Allocation in SyncBlaze

A Use Case Scenario

Case StudyCASE: John has two customers, Grace and Brian. John has a total of 1 GB space and assigned 300 MB to Grace and 400 MB to Brian. John retains 300 MB for his use.

PROBLEM: Grace has already used 300 MB and needs 100 MB more

Solutions

 Solution 1: John can always avail more space from

SyncBlaze.    

Solution 2: Alternatively, John can reuse his unused space and allocate it to Grace in five simple steps.

Step 1: Login to SyncBlaze

John logs into Syncblaze

Step 2: Go to 'My Account'John navigates to 'My Account' menu and clicks on 'Edit' in

'Storage Quota' to re-allocate space.

Step 3: Edit Reseller's Unused Space

John reduces his space from 300MB to 200MB and updates the space.

Step 4: Reseller ManagementJohn can reallocate additional space to Grace by clicking on

'Reseller Management‘.

Choose Grace from the 'List of Customer(s)' and

click on 'Edit'.

Step 5: Reallocate Customer's SpaceChange Grace's space allotted from 300 MB to 400 MB.

The updation will be reflected in the 'List of Customer(s)' in

Reseller Management.
