PRIVATE SPA SUITE WITH RASUL

Our ESPA Private Spa Suite allows you complete privacy to enjoy the ultimate spa experience.

One of a kind in London, with two individual treatment pods, a contemporary black mosaic Rasul/Steam Shower, relaxation bed, beautiful changing area and private bathroom, the Spa Suite is perfect for sharing indulgent relaxation time with a friend, loved one or simply by yourself.

Your journey will begin with a personalised cleansing ritual in the Rasul, where after you have applied cooling, purifying, therapeutic muds to the whole of your body, you will be given time to relax whilst gently inhaling the soothing steam. This treatment will help to smooth the skin, detoxify and prepare the body for your chosen ESPA treatments. The ESPA Private Spa Suite will be your haven of tranquillity for a minimum of three hours, which includes a two hour treatment of your choice*.

ESPA TIME

The perfect gift for a loved one and the ideal way to book a treatment for yourself

*. Reserve between two and four hours of ESPA Time and our expert therapists will ensure the most suitable treatment is selected and then personalised for you. ESPA Time is the easiest and most flexible way to get the most out of your experience, which is convenient, stress free and maximises your treatment results.

SPA EXPERIENCE PASS

Enjoy access to the extensive facilities at ESPA Life which include the Heat Experiences and Pools on the Thermal Floor and the ESPA Life Gym. Please note that spa treatments are not included, however they can be reserved separately.

ESPA FACE TREATMENTS

Our face treatments are specifically tailored to you, to include cleansing, exfoliation, steam and extraction where necessary, and a treatment specific massage and mask. Finally, skincare products are chosen for your individual needs to achieve the best possible results. To maintain the ultimate in healthy radiant skin we recommend a facial once a month.

Age Rebel Face Treatment 90 mins

This specialist acupuncture facial helps increase circulation to the skin, enhances collagen production and improves natural cell regeneration.

Facial rejuvenation acupuncture affects not only the face but the overall health of the client as a detailed case history is taken, allowing bespoke treatments to be given.This treatment is enhanced with our active ESPA products, nutritional guidance,

facial massage and exercises, to firm, tone and reduce puffiness.

For long term results, a treatment course of ten to twelve sessions is recommended.

Although Acupuncture benefits are cumulative the aesthetic benefits can

usually be observed after the first few sessions in most clients.

IPL SKIN REJUVENATION THERAPY

IPL Skin Rejuvenation Therapy is an effective treatment using the advanced Palomar system to reduce sunspots and pigmentation, lessen spider veins and reduce general inflammation from Rosacea.

SCHEDULING AN APPOINTMENT

To schedule an appointment for your perfect treatment, please contact our ESPA Life reservations team who will be able to guide you to the right choice. To ensure your preferred time and service is available we recommend to book in advance. All spa treatments and packages will need to be guaranteed with a credit card.

ARRIVAL TIME

Please allow sufficient time before your treatment to complete a Spa Consultation Form and/or Health Questionnaire. We recommend 15 minutes for spa treatment bookings of under 1 hour and up to 45 minutes in advance for those booking over 1 hour, so you can change, relax and enjoy the spa facilities. Please be advised that late arrivals will result in a reduction of treatment time.

The spa will provide luxurious towels, robes and slippers and any amenities required for use during your spa visit.

SPA FACILITIES

The extensive facilities at ESPA Life are situated over 4 elegant floors and consist of exclusive separate sex Spa Changing and Heat Experiences; Dramatic Sauna, Steam Room and Lifestyle Showers are situated in the Female Spa Changing and Sauna, Tepidarium and Power Showers in the Male.

Thermal Floor

The dramatic Thermal Floor consists of an Amphitheatre Sauna, Steam Room, Feature Showers, Ice Fountain, Pool, Vitality Pool with various air and water massage jets, marble heated lounges and relaxation bays.

Gym

A state-of-the-art gym equipped with the ‘LifeFitness’ cardio vascular and strength machines, Powerplate, free weights area and private personal training pods. ESPA Life personal trainers are on hand to help you prepare for sporting events, specific goals or assistance with the creation of a life-changing fitness routine.

Nail Studio

A glamorous studio dedicated to manicures and pedicures, with a refreshment menu including freshly squeezed juices, tisanes, Champagne or beer.

Spa Lounge

Offering nutritious cuisine for breakfast, lunch and tea focusing on a ‘Taste of Health’. Freshly squeezed juices, smoothies, tisanes, Champagne and fine wines are also available.

An exceptional team of dedicated colour specialists and stylists are on hand to cater to your every hair request.

SPA ACCESS

Full access to all spa areas including the ESPA Life Gym is reserved for guests who have reserved treatments that exceed three hours or a Day Spa Package. Access to the Thermal Floor and Gym may be arranged with a Spa Experience Pass. Please contact the ESPA Life reservations team for more details.

Guests who have reserved ESPA Time or spa treatments between 1 and 3 hours can enjoy the exclusive Spa Changing and Heat Experiences and the beautiful facilities within.

Due to obvious time constraints, guests who have reserved a treatment of 1 hour or less will be escorted directly to and from their treatment room and do not have access to the Spa Changing areas, Thermal Floor or ESPA Life Gym.

CHILDREN’S POLICY

We are delighted to offer treatments for children under 16 years old however they must be accompanied by an adult for the whole duration apart from manicures and pedicures taken in the Nail Studio. Please contact the ESPA Life reservations team for details on treatments available for our young guests. Access to the rest of the spa including the Spa Changing, Heat Experiences, Thermal Floor and Gym are restricted to over 16’s.

CANCELLATION POLICY

A 100% charge will be incurred for any treatment not cancelled at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled time. Late arrival will shorten your treatment time.

SPA ETIQUETTE

Our spa environment is one of relaxation and tranquillity. Please respect all spa guests’ right to privacy and serenity. In light of this, the spa is a mobile phone, Blackberry, pager, camera and smoke free zone.

HEALTH CONDITIONS

Kindly advise us of any health conditions, allergies or injuries which could affect your choice of treatment when making your spa reservation.

HOMECARE

To continue your spa experience at home, most products used in our treatments are available at ESPA Life reception.

VALUABLES

ESPA Life accepts no responsibility for loss of valuables and jewellery at any time on the spa premises.

LOST PROPERTY

All lost property found on the premises should be handed in at ESPA Life reception. Items will be stored for four months, if they are not collected within this time they will be donated to local charities. Liquids, under garments and hair brushes are kept for 24 hours only.

All prices are quoted in GBP and are subject to change at any time. Gratuities are not included and are welcomed at your discretion.
