A member of the Spa Team is available for a personal consultation at breakfast time between 09.00 and 9.30. Please see the Spa notice on the table.

If you are unable to keep an appointment, we kindly ask you to cancel 24 hours before your treatment. Failing this we are compelled to charge 50% of the services booked to your account.

Please let us know before your treatment if you are suffering from health problems or allergies. Please inform us if you are pregnant or breast-feeding your baby.

For reasons of hygiene clothing is not to be worn in the sauna area. Bath towels are available for guests in the entire Spa area.

WICHTIG!Young people under the age of 16 are allowed into the pool area only when accompanied by an adult. Especially in the swimming pool, please do not leave your children unattended at any time. Otherwise their lives may be at risk. The hotel does not accept any liability.

Further information about courses such as Aqua Gymnastics, Fitness for the Back and Yoga is available at the hotel. Please ask our Spa Team or Reception for details.

Book your treatments in advance together with your room reservation. This will enable us to draw up a perfect schedule in accordance with your plans. When booking your room ask about our spa packages or get some inspiration from our homepage.

After your treatments make sure to have your bonus card stamped in order to get your 10th massage free of charge when you book an appointment in the morning.
