SPA POLICIESThere is a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you must cancel, please call at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations and "no shows" will be charged the full price of scheduled services (to credit card or gift certificate balance). Please be on time. Regardless of your arrival time, your treatment will end at the scheduled time in order to not inconvenience the next client; the full price of your service still will apply. We love children, but our spas offer clients the chance to relax in a tranquil setting. As a courtesy to our other guests, please make arrangements for your children. When you arrive to the Spa, please turn off or silence your cell phone and speak quietly. Minors (17 and younger) must be accompanied by an adult during their services and/or remain in the building, excl. nail services.
