On August 23, 1939, Hitler and Stalin signed a pack that supplied Germany with a secured Eastern border and a huge supply of strategic resources. 4. The Soviet Officer pulled out fingernails and perforated the skulls of their victims were paid with western aid. The British War Crimes Act gave them immunity from their crimes in Britain because war crimes were only committed in Germany.
