Meeting Regulations

1 Standard Meetings

1.1 The follow items shall be discussed in this order at a “Standard Meeting”:

1.1.1 previous meeting minutes where once agreed accurate by club members these are signed off by another member of the Club Committee;

1.1.2 matters arising;

1.1.3 upcoming events;

1.1.4 any other Business.

2 General Meetings

2.1 The following items shall appear in the agenda of an Annual General Meeting (“AGM”):

2.1.1 reviewing of Club accounts;

1.1.2 Club Committee and Officer Reports;

1.1.3 Club Constitution and Regulation changes if required; and

1.1.4 any nominated member items

3 Meeting Ethos

3.1 All club members will conduct themselves;

3.1.1 in an appropriate manner;

3.1.2 never talking over other members;

3.1.3 approach differences of opinion with respect and consideration;

3.1.4 all members voices are equal;

3.1.5 utilise votes to democratically decide the will of the club on decisions;

3.1.6 accept the will of the club; and

3.1.6 will yield to the Gavel being struck and maintain order and discipline.

4 Records

4.1 Records of all meetings and minutes will be recorded and available for all members on request.
