PCE program subsidizes residences for first 500 kwh and certain community buildings. Total of $3.4 million in PCE payments in SE Alaska during FY15. 3.1 percent of the 828 million kwh sold in Southeast Alaska in FY 15 was subsidized by the PCE program.

Combined monthly production from all SE hydropower plants with capacity larger than 1MW, except Tyee Lake. Increase over time (addition of Kasidaya, South Fork, and Lake Dorothy). Increased variability of production between winter and summer in 2008-2013, importance of storage projects and matching loads to water availability. Table 1 in the report shows all hydro plants in SE, with latest data on annual production, capacity, and % change in production between 01-05 and 10-14.
