actually have completed Seventeen staff completed Instructor Training
for the Psychiatric Rehabilitation Certificate Program from the University of Chicago (2004)

Review current literature and develop educational modules and other materials for new staff hired for the Recovery Initiative
Fund staff travel to USPRA national meeting Revise annual evaluations to reflect implementation of
Recovery/PSR philosophy/practices Quarterly supervisory meetings with staff regarding
caseload and implementation of model Provide training for families and caregivers in the model Continue to work with VA leadership regarding
importance of embracing model Implement the WRAP program Increase staff certification in CPRP Obtain station membership in USPRA

Monthly PSR Call for staff Staff who have been trained are go-to persons
as local experts on the model VISN 16 Recovery Committee Excellent collaboration and sharing between
VISN 16 and 17 Infrastructure and support to successfully
implement the funded initiatives Ongoing plans to continue training VISN wide VISN 17 Center of Excellence will focus on PSR
