All the financially 'challenged' or disabled, trying to afford food, a 'holiday', or just a bread or beer. All the dysfunctional families, trying to appear 'normal'. All the people in mendacious relationships, all the single parents who try to fill both 'expected roles'. All the 'step' mommies & -daddies who try to replace the 'real' ones - usually shining brighter in there absence. Relax people! Life is life and we are all doing our Grandest! Give yourself an instant free face-lift: Smile & Salute yourself! Self acceptance and Love will open you up to a lot more growth than self loathing and flagellations. Celebrating the bravery of how most people keep going without the little encouragement they need, Rosy researched her 2011 gift while planning to trick herself out of the consumerist madness of this time of year. A hug is the best thing you can give anyone. Hugs will release Endorphins and serotonin with it's healing qualities and which prolongs life ( Serotonin is the stuff people take in pill form as anti-depressants ) For Christmas she gave all her significant others a HUGE hug with these heartfelt words: "My gift to you is my Love" They all shed tears. At the time, she thought the tears pertained to the deep appreciation which her words provoked. Later she realized that the teary whimpering might have been caused by the Hermanus & Surrounds BEST MOVIE COLLECTION! Whether you are lazy, or discerning.
